Continue the tamale making tradition by learning how to make your own with the talented local restauranteur, Brooke May, from La Luncheonette. In this hands-on class, SIX people may participate in a private cooking class and will learn how to make tamales from start to finish. Each person will choose which filling they would like and then take home TWO DOZEN tamales. While learning to cook, the chef herself is going to be serving a freshly prepared 3 course meal to all attendees throughout the event.
